Organizations & members
Organizations
Section titled “Organizations”An organization is the workspace: its members, projects, library entries, and usage all live together. Sign-in is with your Google account; what you can see is decided by which organizations you belong to.
Joining
Section titled “Joining”You join an organization by invite from one of its admins, or automatically when your email is on a domain the organization has allowed. There’s no open self-serve join — if you sign in and land nowhere, ask your admin for an invite.
Belonging to several
Section titled “Belonging to several”You can be a member of more than one organization. When you create a project you choose which organization it lands in, and the dashboard always shows where a project lives.
- Member — create and work on projects, run generations, use the library.
- Admin — additionally manage members and invites, and see the organization’s usage & costs.
Project members
Section titled “Project members”Projects have their own membership within the organization — add the teammates who should collaborate on a project, and keep client-sensitive work limited to the people on it.
