Organizations & members

An organization is the workspace: its members, projects, library entries, and usage all live together. Sign-in is with your Google account; what you can see is decided by which organizations you belong to.

You join an organization by invite from one of its admins, or automatically when your email is on a domain the organization has allowed. There’s no open self-serve join — if you sign in and land nowhere, ask your admin for an invite.

You can be a member of more than one organization. When you create a project you choose which organization it lands in, and the dashboard always shows where a project lives.

  • Member — create and work on projects, run generations, use the library.
  • Admin — additionally manage members and invites, and see the organization’s usage & costs.

Projects have their own membership within the organization — add the teammates who should collaborate on a project, and keep client-sensitive work limited to the people on it.
